🧭 Selection Process
Registration → Screening → Round 1 (Online) → Round 2 (In-person) → Letter of Intent
🎯 Round 1 – Communication & Aptitude (Online)
🗣 Communication: reading & repeating sentences aloud, jumbled sentences, Q&A, storytelling
- Read English aloud 15 min daily; practise a 1-minute story
- Check mic, headphones & quiet room in advance
🧮 Aptitude: numerical, logical reasoning, verbal
- Percentages, ratio, time & work, series, puzzles, grammar
- One timed practice set daily
🧑💼 Round 2 – In-person SME Interview
- Revise programming, DBMS & SQL, OS, networking, cloud basics
- Know your project & resume; prepare "Tell me about yourself"
- Dress formally; carry documents
📆 Daily Plan: 1 hr communication + 1 hr aptitude + 1 hr subject revision, besides exam study
