Introduction
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) serves as the cornerstone of our college’s commitment to continual improvement and academic excellence. Established in accordance with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, the IQAC is a proactive mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture within the institution. It functions as a dynamic system for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance and enhancement activities across all dimensions of academic and administrative operations. More than a compliance body, the IQAC is a catalyst for change—encouraging innovation, fostering inclusivity, and strengthening accountability.
Objectives
To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

Functions
❖ Development and application of quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities.
❖ Facilitating a student-centric teaching-learning environment through feedback collection and analysis.
❖ Organizing workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs on quality-related themes.
❖ Documentation and dissemination of best practices and quality enhancement initiatives.
❖ Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC.
❖ Acting as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities including adoption and dissemination of good practices.
❖ Maintaining an institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining/enhancing institutional quality.
