Maintenance Cell
The Maintenance Cell of the college is established to look after all maintenance work within the campus. It functions as an in-house department that takes care of computer labs, equipment, and technical systems. The team handles repair of computer systems, network issues, internet and Wi-Fi services, CCTV cameras, Public Address System, and solar power systems. Experienced staff members work together to ensure that all facilities and equipment function properly. The Maintenance Cell helps maintain a smooth and efficient working environment for teaching, learning, and administrative activities.
Functions of the Maintenance Cell of the College
- 1. Maintain and manage computer laboratories and related equipment.
- 2. Repair and troubleshoot computer systems and hardware problems.
- 3. Handle network-related issues and maintain the campus network.
- 4. Ensure smooth functioning of internet and Wi-Fi services in the college.
- 5. Maintain and monitor the CCTV surveillance system for campus security.
- 6. Manage and maintain the Public Address System used for announcements and events.
- 7. Maintain and monitor the solar power system installed in the college.
- 8. Provide technical support to departments for equipment and system-related issues.
- 9. Conduct regular checking and maintenance of electronic devices and infrastructure.
- 10. Ensure that all technical facilities function properly to support teaching and administrative work.
